Product Description
Chemfix 301 is a high-quality, polymer-modified cementitious tile adhesive designed for fixing ceramic tiles on walls and floors. It complies with EN 12004 Class C1T, offering good adhesion strength and reduced slip properties.
Uses
Fixing ceramic tiles on internal walls and floors, cement plaster, and concrete surfaces. Suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and residential areas.

Appearance: Grey / White powder
Bulk Density: ~1.3 – 1.5 kg/L
Mixing Ratio: 5.0 – 5.5 L water per 20 kg
Open Time: ≥ 20 minutes
Pot Life: 2 – 3 hours
Adjustment Time: 10 – 15 minutes
Slip: ≤ 0.5 mm
Initial Tensile Adhesion Strength: ≥ 0.5 N/mm²
Surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or loose particles.
Add 20 kg powder to 5.0–5.5 liters clean water.
Mix until lump-free and allow to rest for 3–5 minutes.
Apply using a notched trowel and fix tiles with pressure.
Grout after 24 hours using suitable grout.
Approx. 3 – 5 kg/m² depending on tile size and substrate.
20 kg multiwall paper bags.
Store in dry conditions. Shelf life: 12 months in unopened bags.
Contains cement – may cause irritation. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Use protective gloves and mask.
